  1. Go to www.qstore.co.za
  2. Select the product that you would like to apply for
  3. Add the product to your cart, and check out
  4. Remember to select collection or delivery
  5. Select the ‘Finance now’ payment option and complete your order.
  6. Fill in the online application link that you receive / or alternatively request from QStore the PDF Application form and complete.
  7. The completed online application or completed PDF application form will then be pre-assessed by our finance partner FinYou.
  8. Your application will be sent through to a pre-assessment at FinYou’ s various financial providers
  9. You will be notified regarding your application status via SMS & email
  10. If pre-assessed FinYou will require the below listed documentation to be sent through to docs@finyou.com:
  • Certified colour copy of ID
  • 3 Months latest payslips
  • 3 Months over the counter stamped bank statements
  • Proof of residential address
  1. Final assessment will be done by the done by the Credit Provider
  2. On approval FinYou will settle the order amount to QStore on behalf of you – Kindly note that QStore can only reserve the product for you upon this approval received from FinYou
  3. Once QStore has received the payment from FinYou will the order be put through to order processing, which takes up to 2 working days for processing.
  4. The unit will then on completion of this be ready for collection or picked up by our couriers for delivery – Depending on the option selected.

  1. Go to www.qstore.co.za
  2. Select the product that you would like to apply for
  3. Add the product to your cart, and check out
  4. Remember to select collection or delivery
  5. Select the ‘Finance now’ payment option and complete your order.
  6. Fill in the online application link that you receive / or alternatively request from QStore the PDF Application form and complete.
  7. The completed online application or completed PDF application form will then be assessed by our finance partner
  8. Term and instalment will be worked out accordingly and information will be provided telephonically as there is an activation fee as well.
  9. Your account will only be activated on payment of your first instalment, and therefore the product will only be reserved for you on this step. On activation of your account you will receive a SMS with account details.
  10. A minimum of one payment must be made monthly until the product has been paid in full.
  11. After all lay-by payments have been made in full, will eLayBy settle QStore as per the order amount placed on the QStore Website on your behalf.
  12. Once QStore has received the payment from eLayBy will the order be put through to order processing, which takes up to 2 working days for processing.
  13. The unit will then on completion of this be ready for collection or picked up by our couriers for delivery – Depending on the option selected.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, the product may be returned with all accessories, the original receipt and original packaging within 7 days of the date the product was received. The full order amount, less direct costs (e.g. courier fees, transaction fees, damage costs) will be refunded.

QStore will endeavour to process refunds within 7 days after receiving back the products at QStore’s physical premises.

Send an email to info@qstore.co.za stating the reason(s) you would like to cancel your order and also attach your stamped bank account confirmation details. We will then process your refund and the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Direct costs incurred may need to be deducted from the order.

You may collect 2 full working days after full payment has been made and received by QStore. Larger orders may need some extra time that will be communicated to you.
A customer service consultant will communicate when your order is ready for collection.

Yes, we courier to anywhere in South Africa with our trusted courier partners. The delivery fee will be quoted on based on your full delivery address and products selected. The delivery fee can be calculated on the checkout page of our website.

Deliveries take between 3 to 5 working days from payment.

Your order will be ready for collection within 2 full working days (More time may be required with larger orders). A QStore customer service consultant will advise you as soon as your order is ready for collection. The order may them be collected during the QStore operating hours 08:00 to 17:00 Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Yes, you can upgrade your computer online with the upgrade function on each product page.

We make use of payment methods through PayFast, one of South Africa’s largest and safest online payment portals.

PayFast is committed to keeping you, your customers and all sensitive information secure. We have a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions. Online retail has a fraud rate between 1 and 2% of all transactions. Through effective controls, PayFast’s is currently below 0,2% and still going down.

We use Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this –the highest– level of encryption currently available. We also use 3D secure for all payments, that requires buyers to enter their one time PIN.

We have also been approved by Google Shopping on our payment security SSL certificate.

To purchase online you may follow the following simple steps:

  • Select the unit you want to purchase on our online store www.qstore.co.za
  • Select ‘Add to cart’
  • Click on cart/trolley icon on the top right of your screen
  • Select ‘Check out’
  • Complete details
  • Select collection or delivery
  • Select payment method like PayFast to pay with card or instant EFT / or finance for finance and layby options with FinYou
  • Confirm order, and make payment / complete online finance process
  • Once full payment is received we will receive your order and put it through for
Where does QStore get the equipment on sale from? 2018-10-31T16:31:50+00:00

All equipment sold through Qstore, are received back from our parent company, InnoVent.
InnoVent leases new IT equipment to corporates for an average of three years. When the equipment is then returned, it goes through a thorough refurbishment process. The refurbished equipment is then sold on QStore

We are Level 1 BEE rated, giving our clients the ultimate flexible solution.
QStore is also a value adding supplier therefore our B-BBEE procurement level is 135%. Those companies that enter into an Enterprise Development Program with QStore and appoint us as one of their ED beneficiaries can claim 135% of every R1.00 spent.

All products loaded on our website are available for sale when it stipulates ‘in stock’. You are welcome to view all our product listings online that includes: products, prices, pictures and specifications.

Does the warranty apply on Laptop batteries? 2018-10-31T16:28:38+00:00

QStore does not commit to a minimum battery discharge / run time.
No warranty is offered on the batteries. Functionality will be based with the Power Supply Products plugged in.

To ensure optimum performance QStore does recommend that a new battery is purchased. To order a new battery or any other upgrades, please contact QStore for assistance. Manufacturers warranties on these parts may be valid based on the relevant manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

All refurbished products sold have a 6 month carry-in warranty on the hardware of the products, unless stated otherwise. Any hardware fault encountered within the warranty period will be covered by this warranty (excluding laptop batteries). The cost of the return of the product/s to the QStore warehouse will be for the customer’s cost.

All products are in good condition and 100% working order.
You also get a 6 month carry-in warranty on all the hardware parts on all products (excluding the batteries on laptops – new batteries can be ordered)

All products featured on the website are refurbished, unless stated otherwise.

Refurbishment is a process done to restore pre-owned computers to a new condition and appearance. When hardware is refurbished, the components are examined, and non-working parts are replaced.

At QStore, quality is a formalised system and process. Through strict documentation and procedures, our technicians maintain control of quality throughout every step of our product lifecycle and refurbishment.
